Omakase Burger
I ordered the Deluxe Omakase Burger ($15.90) additional $5.90 to make it into a complete set which includes fries and drinks. Both of us changed our fries to truffled fries and afterwhich we changed our drinks to fruit juices which required us to top up some more.
The total cost I paid was about $25 for the burger set meal.
It was pretty pricey indeed.
When the burger came, I hurriedly sank my teeth into the patty that was spewing out of the burger (not that I'm complaining) and I was taken aback at how juicy and tender beef patty was! It was probably one of the best that I have eaten, in Singapore that is. The burger bread was also absolutely tasteful! It was like eating a flat less-oily-fried-mantou bread with an awesome patty sandwiched in between. Have I got you salivating yet? Gx is a burgerwhore btw and I'm the opposite, not really into burgers and fries and stuff but this burger changed my mind.
The truffle fries was a tad oily BUT IT WAS SO GOOD!!!!!!
I am a super picky fries eater, so if I actually finish up that packet of fries by myself, there must really be some magic in it. :p
Overall experience with Omakase burger - 4/5
Both of us managed to wipe that burger meal clean, one thing is that the burger was pretty small but the fries made it up for it with its big serving!
Definitely coming back for more!!! :D Probably the best burger (yet) I ever had in Singapore in my opinion. But poor intern+student me means that I'd not be able to come as often as i want :(
